PayPal Orders
Orders paid for by this method must be sent to a PayPal confirmed address. We are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been placed as per PayPal’s protection payment guidelines. Refunds to PayPal accounts take around 3-5 working days if you have a PayPal account, if the payment was made by credit card using PayPal (mobile site), refunds can take upto 30 days.
Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries to UK Mainland address should arrive to you within 4 days, dependent on time and day of order received (i.e. not able to send packages on a Sunday).
Orders between £0.99 and £99 will cost £4.99 standard postal charge, to Uk mainland only. If your order value is £100 or more, delivery will be free. Within the UK mainland
For orders outside of the UK mainland, we offer a ship by weight service. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based purely on the total weight of the products ordered.

Refund Policy
If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund (return costs are payable by the customer). Please enclose a copy of your invoice requesting an exchange or refund. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.
Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged/faulty on receipt or becomes damaged after use, please contact us immediately for advice. DO NOT return used items before you have contacted us for approval. Should your return of a used item be approved, please ensure that the item is returned in a clean/hygienic condition, failure to do so may result in the item being discarded without compensation. Please note we do not cover return carriage costs.
Any PayPal fees incurred will be non-refundable. Unfortunately, PayPal no longer reverse PayPal charges upon refund. Any PayPal charges will be deducted from your final refund amount
