Refund Policy

If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund (return costs are payable by the customer). Please enclose a copy of your invoice requesting an exchange or refund. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged/faulty on receipt or becomes damaged after use, please contact us immediately for advice. DO NOT return used items before you have contacted us for approval. Should your return of a used item be approved, please ensure that the item is returned in a clean/hygienic condition, failure to do so may result in the item being discarded without compensation. Please note we do not cover return carriage costs.

Any PayPal fees incurred will be non-refundable. Unfortunately, PayPal no longer reverse PayPal charges upon refund. Any PayPal charges will be deducted from your final refund amount
